Hotel Cervo - Livigno

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of a bustling pedestrian area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a homely atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, with sunny balconies and quality bedding, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with an abundance of delicious options to choose from.

Everything was great and I had no complaints.

Some parts of the hotel may experience noise from the restaurant, especially at night occasionally causing disturbances.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as I was able to walk to all the shops easily. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious food and drinks. The staff were friendly and provided great service.

Great Location, Delicious Food, and Relaxing Spa

For a city break, this hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city's pedestrianised area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the daily maid service was appreciated. The breakfast had a wide selection, from eggs and bacon to croissants and yoghurt. But the evening meal was the highlight with a choice of three courses and freshly cooked pizzas available every night. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the relaxing spa facilities after a long day of exploring the city.

The cost of the room. Although we visited during the low season, we still felt the price was a bit too high. Additionally, parking was difficult to find, and we had to park quite a distance away from the hotel. we had a great experience, but we would advise future guests to consider the total cost, including parking, before booking.

The pastries and croissants at breakfast were delicious and fresh, and the location was right in the heart of town which made it easy to get around. The room was also quite cozy and warm despite the cold weather outside.

Our stay was marred by bad service from the staff. They seemed uninterested in helping us with our inquiries about activities in the area and were unresponsive to our requests for clean towels and extra blankets.
